Mr. Elzayn is an expert in developing innovative, profitable service contracts, with more than two decades of experience in the insurance industry. His consulting career, Centre Reinsurance and William M. Mercer established him as a prominent leader in the service contract industry, with expertise in actuarial pricing, loss reserving, compliance, underwriting, loss control, reinsurance and warranty products in the global insurance market.
In 1997, Elzayn formed National Administrative Solutions corp. (NASC) as a claims administrator to work on run-off claims on behalf of insurance companies and underwriters in the service contract business. In 1999, Elzayn became President of NASC and in April 2000, NASC introduced its first service contract program insured by American Modern Home and reinsured by Great American Insurance Company. In 2002, the insurance was moved to an Allstate subsidiary, and is currently being insured by Assurant Insurance.
Mr. Elzayn purchased Dimension Service Corporation in 2005 from ACE. He is Chairman of Dimension Service Corporation.
Elzayn holds a M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Oregon State University, is licensed in the state of Ohio as a Reinsurance Intermediary Manager, and has completed four Casualty Actuarial Society examinations.
Allegiance Administrators is the result of the merger of NASC and DSC.
Mr. Miles holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Maryland. Mr. Miles has completed five of the Casualty Actuarial Society examinations and has over 21 years of experience in the actuarial field. Mr. Miles’ background includes experience in actuarial pricing; loss reserve analysis; state filings support; and data systems coordination for Workers' Compensation, commercial lines products, service contracts, and mechanical breakdown insurance at the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company, Nationwide Insurance, Beacon Insurance Company and Risk Consultants and Actuaries.
Mr. Murphy is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of The Ohio State University. He has formerly held the position of Treasurer, Controller and Vice-President-Finance at both publicly and closely held corporations. Mr. Murphy has extensive experience in comprehensive financial system design and analysis, risk assessment, tax planning, long term planning and operations in client service-based environments. He has served as a project management executive and has led a number of inter-disciplinary teams in the past that have successfully completed such varied tasks as: mergers, acquisitions, and system designs and conversions.
Mr. Murphy joined Dimension Service Corporation in September 2007 in the role of Interim Controller. He was Named Chief Accounting Officer in January 2008 and continues to serve in that role. In March 2009 he was given additional responsibility as Treasurer.
Mr. Murphy enjoys watching college football and NCAA basketball. In the spring and summer he keeps himself busy with yard work and an occasional round of golf.
Mr. Ryan rejoined the Allegiance Administrators’ sales team in late 2013 in the position of Senior Vice President of Sales. He had left Dimension in the summer of 2011 after spending four years in an Agent Development role.
Mr. Ryan is responsible for assisting Allegiance’s agent partners with developing their business as well as signing new agent partners to the Allegiance partner portfolio.
In the early 1990s, Mr. Ryan began his automotive career with an entry level position at a franchise dealership. Since then, he has held positions of F&I manager, sales manager, general sales manager and general manager. Most recently, prior to his re-joining Allegiance, Mr. Ryan was the GM of a multi-point domestic and import dealership in central Ohio.
In his off time, Mr. Ryan enjoys running and spending time with his three sons. In the winter you’re sure to find him at the local ice rink watching his youngest son play hockey.
Ms. Blackburn-Tiell has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry and joined Dimension Service Corporation in March of 1995. Prior to joining the Allegiance Administrators team she had experience in medical claim administration and commission accounting for an independent broker dealer house. Ms. Blackburn-Tiell has held many positions within our Contract Administration Department, recently adding the oversight of our Customer Service Department and Agent Dealer Services Department to her responsibilities of managing contract administration.
Mr. Gibson has been a member of the Allegiance Administrators' team for 15 years, joining Dimension Service Corporation in August of 1999. Mr. Gibson has held numerous roles throughout the organization, recently accepting the leadership role of Claims Manager. Mr. Gibson's responsibilities include oversight of claims and claims payment.
Prior to joining DSC, Mr. Gibson enjoyed many years in automotive dealerships as a parts manager and service advisor.
Mr. Cramer joined the Allegiance Administrators' team in August 1997 when he accepted a position as an adjuster.
Mr. Cramer joined the Army in 1972 where he spent six years as a wheeled and tracked vehicle mechanic. After he was discharged from the Army, Mr. Cramer took a job with a trucking company working as a mechanic. After getting more experience as a mechanic, Mr. Cramer moved on to work for a Ford dealership. Mr. Cramer stayed with Ford for 12 years working his way up to Service Manager.
Mr. Cramer enjoys golfing and shooting handguns in his time away from work. He's a avid Ohio State fan
Ms. Dorsett has been in Allegiance's Administration department since she joined Dimension in June of 1990. She was promoted to Supervisor in the Spring of 2012.
In 1989, Ms. Dorsett graduated from Ohio State University. She has two adult children and enjoys animals, having three dogs and a cat at home. Ms. Dorsett spends her free time at the local animal shelter where she has been a volunteer for over a decade.
Mr. Peterson joined Allegiance Administrators in November of 2011. He accepted a customer service supervisor position in the spring of 2014 and has nearly a decade of supervisory customer service experience in various industries.
An Ohio native, Mr. Peterson studied automotive technology at Columbus State Community College in 2006. In his time away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his three children.
Mr. Adams has well over four decades of experience in the automotive industry holding positions of Lot Man, Technician, Salesman, Service Writer, Warranty Clerk, Assistant Service Manager, Customer Relations Manager, Service Manager, Service Director, District Service Manager/Warranty Claims Expert and General Manager at franchise, factory and independent service facilities. Mr. Adams spent ten years as a Dispatcher, Service Writer and Assistant Manager for Toyota, Nissan, Chrysler and General Motors and two years as District Claims Examiner and Claims Expert for Volkswagen of America. Mr. Adams was Service Manager for both Nissan and Toyota for 15 years.
Mr. Adams started his tenure with Allegiance Administrators in 2002 when he accepted a job as Claims Examiner with NASC. He quickly advanced to Claims Manager and held that position for 10 years, leading a team of as many as 18 examiners and three payment processors. His current position is Claims and Risk Consultant, internal auditing and quality control.
Top awards Mr. Adams has received include: Toyota District 3 Customer Service award with a 98% satisfaction score; Three-time winner of the Toyota Service Excellence Award as a service manager (the dealership won the Toyota Presidents award for the 1st 2nd and 3rd time ever)
Mr. Adams has two daughters and two grandchildren. He enjoys all types of music from classical to hard rock, and at one time was a roady. Mr. Adams is an avid reader, interested in self educating on the subjects of Ancient History, Mythology and Egyptology. But when football season comes around, you are sure to find Mr. Adams cheering on The University of Ohio Buckeyes football team.
